There is nothing like a feast and family for Thanksgiving -- We were blessed with both! My parents, Rick & Peggy, my brother, Phil and his family, Krystal, Andy & Ezra, came to Georgia to enjoy goodies and games.
Being Canadians living in the South, I would guess our feast is a mixture of northern and southern traditions and a rainbow of colors. We enjoy: turkey (brown), sweet potatoes with peacans (orange), mashed potatoes (white), orange-cranberry relish (red), cornbread-sausage dressing (yellow), mac n cheese (yellow), green bean casserole (green), rolls (gold). We polish off the feast with pumpkin pie, brownies, poppyseed sheet cake and festive sugar cookies.
Our family fun time this year also included touching your tongue to your nose or other amazing tongue tricks!
